are situated between the dunes and the town which is approx a 15 mins walk or close to a mini train stop for transport to town. There is also a small supermarket within a 5 minute waling distance for essentials.

Four bedroom detached villas:

The Las Pergolas III are detached private villas with heated swimming pools approximately 7 x 4 mtrs, gardens, terraces with sunloungers and patio table and chairs, and a barbeque for dining al fresco. There are also stairs leading to a private rooftop terrace for sunbathing and a carport to the front of the villa for private parking.

The entrance leads to a large hall with fitted cupboard and doors leading to the lounge/dining room with table/chairs, 2 sofas, occasional tables, lamps and sideboard with satelite television (Digital Canal Plus) music system and patio doors to the pool area.

There is also a fully fitted kitchen with self-catering facilities including hob, full oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and table/chairs. Door leads to a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher and a drying area.

Four bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps - one double with en-suite bathroom and three further twin bedrooms with one full bathroom and one shower room.
Master bedroom includes a security safe.

Villa sleeps eight people and an infant in a cot.

Situated in the zone of Urbanization Corralejo Playa between the dunes and the centre of Corralejo, which is 15 minutes away or close to a minitren stop for transport to town. There is also a small well-stocked supermarket within three minutes for essentials.

The entrance has a small hall leading to a lounge/dining room with two sofas, diing room table and chairs, occasional tables, lamps and side-board, satellite television and music centre. Patio doors lead to a terrace with 7´x 3´swimming pool and large private garden with shrubs, including pation furniture and barbecue.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with self-catering facilities which includes hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and doors leading to a utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and a drying area. There is also a downstairs shower room/toilet.

Stairs lead to three double bedrooms, one bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms with a further full bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The master bedroom has a security safe for hire and door leading to a private balcony for sunbathing.
