Fuerteventura Restaurants - Gibsons Restaurant

Situated right in the heart of Corralejo, Gibson’s in undoubtedly one of the most popular eating places for tourists and locals alike.

Nowhere else can you enjoy an authentic Indian curry, Mexican fajitas and good old fish and chips at the same table. Add to that an extensive vegetarian and vegan menu, all home made using fresh vegetables and vegetarian friendly products, and given the seal of approval by Caroline, a vegetarian of over 20 years.
We are also approved by the vegetarian society, and are regularly mentioned in their quarterly magazine.

Stephen has used his 15 years of professional chefing experience to create an extensive menu to suit all tastes, all home made using fresh produce.

We are just off the main high street up from Mango Clothes shop, opposite the Rock Island Bar, with an outside terrace, smoking and non smoking areas, high chairs for the kids and friendly young staff.
